Molecules called micelles act like magnets, which help lift dirt, excess oil and makeup from the skin, without making the skin rough. It is a very gentle formula that can be used to remove face and eye makeup. It does not contain any alcohol, oil or fragrance, which is safe and gentle on the skin.
